BACKGROUND
Water Utilities Corporation (WUC) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for Provision of Communication, Public Relations, Marketing and Associated Services on a three-year period. The intention of this EOI is to identify some companies that WUC would invite to bid for contracts in the space of marketing & communications as and when there is a need to undertake assignments in that regard. The intension is to prequalify the service providers such that when the need arises, we only get quotations for the particular job only from those that would have been selected.
SCOPE OF THE WORKS
The scope of works is as follows:
1. Campaign Management:
Development of campaign concepts, go to market plans and assistance with execution of campaign. Tracking of campaign effectiveness, monitor, evaluate to give feedback in a report from
2. Media Management:
Media buying, placement, coordination and monitoring, (radio, billboard, tv, social media) billboard management, Outdoor management, website
3. Publications:
- Annual report design and production – once a year
- Newsletter design and production-monthly
- Pamphlets
- Creative work
4. Promotional/Merchandise:
Production and procurement of advertising and promotional material and all give always.
5. Events:
Activation, WUC events, Campaigns and road tours
6. Creatives:
Production of Adverts, Pamphlets, Radio, TV and Social media jingles
7. Public Relations:
- Copy writer
- Content Editing for creative execution
- Media engagements (e.g. Press conferences, media tours)
DETAILS TO BE SUBMITTED
Interested companies will submit the following requirements in order to be considered for participation in this work:
a. Fully completed Form of Declaration by Directors and Shareholders
b. Tax certificate Number and Pin OR Valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
c. PPADB Registration, Code 138 Marketing and Public Relation Services Sub Code 01 Marketing Services, 02 Advertising Services (billboards, electronic, internet, signage, infomercials, promotional material – content required), 03 Public relations services.
d. Fully Completed Certificate Form of Authority and Signatory
e. CVs, identity documents and copies of academic qualification for key personnel
f. A proposal demonstrating a clear understanding of EOI and best practices.
g. Details of previously completed contracts of a similar nature with at least three references (The Corporation will verify accordingly).
h. Details of office base
SUBMISSION OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST:
The closing date for the tender will be 14 May 2020 at 14:00 hours, time upon which public open of the tenders shall commence. No tender will be accepted if it is submitted later than the set date and time to Room 208/2 at Sedibeng House.
Tenders in sealed envelopes should be submitted by hand and clearly marked with the tender number and title EXPRESSION OF INTEREST: MARKETING, PUBLIC RELATION & COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES – TENDER No. WUC (2019) on the outside of the envelope and should be addressed to:
