Position Purpose

 

This role leads all activities to ensure vendor, contract/price, materials and service master data integrity. The role gathers data and conducts analysis with the goal of improving organisation’s supply chain operations. Identifies underperforming areas in the supply chain and may suggest improvements or resolutions to programmes.

 

The role works under general supervision and exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

 

The role is responsible for the Development of Master Templates and Supply concepts in accordance with the approved WUC adopted standards (e.g. eOTD UNSPSC and ISO) to establish a Central Master Catalogue for WUC and all its Business Centres.

 

The role is accountable for development, delivery and management of material and vendor master data integrity, data cleansing and change management.

 

Further, this role is responsible for managing the activities/process in the WUC ERP system (e.g SAP) and other related applications, which includes managing related end users, monitoring and ensuring data quality is met.

Qualification and Experience

 

  • Diploma in Engineering, Commerce, or Information Management
  • Programming knowledge will serve as an advantage
  • Five (05) working experience in administration or procurement and other related experience fields, including 3 years as a Data & Vendor Administrator
  • Valid driver’s license (Class B)

Remuneration

 

Salary             :  An attractive Salary Package     

                        Commensurate to the market

Leave              :  25 working days per annum

Pension         :  A Contributory Pension 

                        Scheme (16.5% WUC and 4%
