TENDER INVITATION
The Water Utilities Corporation invites companies to tender for the supply of the Corporation’s requirements for:
- CONSTRUCTION OF NSC-2.3 RAW WATER TRANSFER SCHEME AND GABORONE WATER SUPPLY MASTER PLAN INFRASTRUCTURE - TENDER No. WUC 023 (2020)
- CONTRACT 1 (Construction Of Mmamashia Water Treatment Works To Forest Hill Reservoir Pipeline And Associated Works)
- CONTRACT 2 (Design and Build of Gaborone Primary Network Reinforcements)
- CONTRACT 3 (Construction of the Mmamashia Water Treatment Works (MWTW) – Gaborone Dam BI-Directional Pipeline and Associated Works)
Bidding Companies for WUC 023 (2020) must be registered with PPADB Code 03 - Civil Engineering Works, Sub-Code 06: Water Supplies, Sanitation and Irrigation Works - Grade E. A compulsory site visit for WUC 023 (2020) shall be held on the 23 June 2020 at 10:00hrs. The site visit assembly shall be at Mmamashia Water Treatment Works from where bidders will be guided to site (Tenderers should arrive at or before 10:00 hours.)
Specifications for these tenders may be obtained at the Corporation’s Headquarters in Gaborone, Sedibeng House, Office No. 208 as of 18th June 2020.
Tenders should reach this office not later than 14:00 hours on 23 July 2020 at which time public opening of the tenders will commence. Tenders should be hand delivered in sealed envelopes and clearly marked with the tender numbers and addressed to;
