Reference is made to the above tenders which appeared in the Botswana Daily News and the Water Utilities Corporation website. 

 

Prospective bidders are hereby informed of the tender notice amendments as follows:

 

-Tender Closing date has been moved to the 29^th November 2018 at 1400 hours.

 

All other conditions of the tender remain the same.

Request for Quotation

 

1. The Water Utilities Corporation invites LOCAL Companies to submit quotes for the following:

1. Supply and Installation of a Water Purification System (X2)
2. Supply and Installation of Laboratory Autotitrator (X2)
3. Supply and Installation of a Microscope (X2)   
4. Supply and Installation of a Wastewater onsite multiparameter (X2)

 

2.   Interested Companies should be registered with PPADB Code •211 General Supplies Sub code 09 (Lab equipment, spares and accessories)

 

3.      Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Water Utilities Corporation, The Corporation Secretary, Room 208/02,Sedibeng House, Plot 17530,Luthuli Road, Old Industrial Site, Gaborone, Botswana, Email: procurement@wuc.bw; inspect and collect the bidding document during Office hours 0800 to 1600 hours (CAT) at the address given from 30^th October 2018.

4.      Quotes must be delivered to the address below on or before 22^nd November 2018 at 1400 hours. Electronic quotes will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on the 22^th November 2018 at 1400 hours.
