TENDER INVITATION
The Water Utilities Corporation invites tenders for the supply of the Corporation’s requirements for:
1. DESIGN, SUPPLY, INSTALLTION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF 3.3kV ELECTRICAL INDOOR SUBSTATION, SEPARATION OF BOTSWANA POWER CORPORATION AND WATER UTILITIES CORPORATION 3.3 kV SUPPLY NODES AND ASSOCIATED WORKS FOR SHASHE TREATMENT PLANT,TENDER NO:WUC010(2018)
Bidding Companies for WUC 010 (2018) should be registered with PPADB under Code 02 Electrical (Sub-code 01 Electrical Installations, 02 High Voltage Reticulation, 04 Automated Machinery Control Systems). A COMPULSORY Site visit Meeting for WUC 010(2018) shall be held at Shashe Treatment Plant (Shashe Dam) on the 19th July 2018 at 1000 hours. (Tenderers should arrive at or before 1000 hours.)
Specifications for these tenders may be obtained at the Corporation’s Headquarters in Gaborone, Sedibeng House, Office No. 208 as of 10th July 2018.
Tenders should reach this office not later than 14:00 hours on 9th August 2018 at which time public opening of the tenders will commence. Tenders should be hand delivered in sealed envelopes and clearly marked with the tender numbers and addressed to;
