How often do WUC water bills come out?
Customers are billed once every month.
How do I get my bill?
Your bill will be posted to the address you provided on your application form, monthly. It can be sent through sms or email or from our Contact Centre at 0800 555 555.
What can I do to ensure my meter readings are received by WUC in time so I can be billed accurately?
Always provide access to WUC meter readers so they can take your accurate readings. You can also record the readings on your meter and submit them to our Contact Centre at 0800 555 555.
